Symptoms
Unable to view Performance Metrics like the Top Activity Page at the PDB level within OEM 12c Cloud Control when logged into the PDB as user
This is by design and this functionality is not yet available in OEM 12c Cloud Control.
The Metrics from the Performance Menu are only available at the Container level.
Cause
This is expected behavior and by design.
