Obrigado pela ajuda amigo, tentei sua sugestão, mas acho que o problema é outro. Acredito que o problema está vinculado ao horário de verão.
Apliquei um patch o sistema operacional (Windows 2008) antes da entrada do horário de verão e agora esse problema passou a ocorrer. Vendo os logs no arquivo emdb.nohup tenho a seguinte mensagem:

Estou pesquisado, mas acho que terei de aplicar um patch.

Meu banco é da versão 10.2.0.4.0
