Pessoal alguém sabe como resolver este problema que esta ocorrendo nos ambientes que tenho, quando starto o agent esta ocorrendo o erro abaixo, verifiquei no diretorio log e não tem nenhuma informação. A variavel agentTZRegion=Brazil/East esta configurada desta forma no aquivo emd.properties.

oracle@teste:~/agent/agent10g/bin> ./emctl start agent

The agentTZRegion value in /oracle/agent/agent10g/sysman/config/emd.properties is not in agreement with what agent thinks it should be.Please verify your environment to make sure that TZ setting has not changed since the last start of the agent.
If you modified the timezone setting in the environment, please stop the agent and exectute ‘emctl resetTZ agent’ and also execute the script mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn(, ) to get the value propagated to repository.
Consult the log files in: /oracle/agent/agent10g/sysman/log

provavelmente ja está com problema desde a mudança do horário de verão, axistem alguns notes do metalink que se propoem a acertar essse problema mas nenhum resolve.

Tem que recriar o dbconsole.

se não souber avisa ai…

Não tenho idéia como fazer isso para criar o dbconsole. Mas é o seguinte só esta acontecendo em algumas maquinas em outras o agent está normal, dessas máquina onde existe o problema, são mainframes com máquinas virtuais em IBM Linux on System z.
